NEFMLS is pleased to introduce a Transactional Document Imaging solution through Bennett's Business Systems called FileLogix. FileLogix is a replacement for your paper filing system. This system has been proven effective in the local real estate office environment. All documents can be scanned/added to the FileLogix system for digital tracking through the sales process to the closing. Once in FileLogix, the documents are easy to find and forward with just a few clicks. This information is highly protected by a secured user ID and login to access. To make the FileLogix system even more efficient for you, it has been integrated with the MLS system. This enables you to obtain your new listing(s)/status change(s) directly from the MLS computer into your office "files", eliminating double entry. While adding/changing a listing you will see: 1. A new detail titled FileLogix. There are optional fields for you to fill out such as seller's name, buyer's name and other data FileLogix utilizes. |
