SAFMLS Pricing Policy

Effective August 18, 2007

Fees:

 
TOKEN
 First TOKEN free to NEFMLS Members
GE SUPRA Devices
 $50 one time fee for either the DisplayKEY or eKEY
TEXT-pass
 $75 for one year contract/$135 for two year contract

Lost/Broken TOKEN

$50.00 (includes reactivation:.  If the TOKEN ceases to function properly during the course of normal use, there will be no replacement fee

Reactivation

$25.00 to reactivate a service

Office Administrators/ Personal Assistants

$25.00 per TOKEN plus any additional NEFMLS access fee

Change Devices

$50.00 to change from TOKEN to either SUPRA device (must return working TOKEN

 

$75.00 to change from TOKEN to either SUPRA device (if TOKEN not returned

 

$25.00 reactivation fee to change from either SUPRA device/TEXT-pass to  TOKEN

 

$25.00 plus annual contract fee to upgrade to TEXT-pass

Termination of Membership

$50.00 fee will be assessed if TOKEN is not returned to NEFMLS upon termination of membership
