(904) 394-9494Who We Are The Northeast Florida Multiple Listing Services (NEFMLS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Northeast Florida Association of REALTORS (NEFAR), headquartered in Jacksonville. Our membership includes more than 6,500 REALTORS and affiliate members in Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, Putnam, and St. Johns counties.
The NEFMLS is one of the most technologically advanced and progressive multiple listings services in the country, offering its members the ability to search for thousands of currently available properties online. Public web site searches are available through RealtyWEB.NET, NEFAR.COM, REALTOR.COM JACKSONVILLE.COM and thousands of member Internet Data Display (IDX) sites.
NEFMLS offers classroom and on site training for the FlexMLS system and on line web based training for hundreds of Microsoft and other computer related courses.
