Currently our members can choose from two different methods of obtaining listing data for their website property searches.  One is by framing the current public search as found on  the www.nefar.com site.   This is the IDX link.  This is a quick and easy solution for your searches.  Inquiries on specific properties from your website will go back to you as leads.

The second method is to receive the data directly from NEFMLS.  Your web designers could then customize the property search and search results to your specifications.  A fee may apply for the IDX data feed. Please contact NEFMLS Technical Support for more information.
